Blower Door Testing-  diagnostic tool designed to measure the airtighness of buildings. and to help locate air leakage sites.

 

Thermal Imaging Camera -With this  tool the we  can identify differences in temperature variation just by pointing a camera device at a specific area of the dwelling such as doors, windows, walls, etc. 

 

Air Sealing-  Seal all pipe, electric , duct penetrations, and drywall topplates in the attic and crawlspace with     low expansion spray foam.

 

InsulationLoose fill fiberglass, cellulose, formaldehyde free fiberglass batts, spray foam

 

Knee Wall Insulation-  Cover knee walls  with 2" Poly ISO (R-Value=14 ) rigid foam board using spray foam on the gaps  to create and airtight insulated covering.

 

Duct Sealing-  Repair and seal all accessible duct leaks  with mastic.

 

Window Replacement-

 

Attic acess panel- Insulate top of attic access panel with 4" poly I.S.O. foam board, and add weatherstrip to panel support to seal off attic drafts.

 

Ventilation- Install proper ventilation in the attic and crawlspaces

 

Water Lines-  insulate all exposed water lines

 

Hot Water Heater Wrap-  install a R-11 insulation blanket on the hot water heater

 

Can Lights-  Install airtight baffle trim
